Around 9 a.m. on December 2, 1805, the La Grande Armee of Emperor Napoleon I engaged a combined Allied force of Russian and Prussian troops near the small Moravian town of Austerlitz. Nine hours later, the French would stand victorious and thus solidify Napoleon’s reputation as one of the greatest generals in history.

Players assume the role of the French emperor himself or as one of the Allied commanders, taking charge of infantry and cavalry units, giving them commands as they sweep across the battlefield to victory or utter defeat.
